MARKET MANAGER EQUATORIAL GUINEA

Our client is a multinational FMCG company.

The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and grow the defined market in line with the long term strategy and annual business plan.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Market Manager, your accountabilities will be:

To develop and grow the business:

·         Drive business performance through relevant trade strategies

·         Build market intelligence and insights into the execution of commercial trade strategies

·         Execution of sales drivers across market

·         Deliver amazing brand experiences at point of consumption

o    Champion the priority brands

o    Deliver the game plan activity

o    Identify and own the top 50 outlets with priority brands beating competition

·         Manage allocation and spending of A&P budgets within market in conjunction with trade Marketing Manager

·         Apply all stated controls, compliance and governance policy

Develop relationships with stakeholders:

Internally with:

·         finance, HR, marketing, legal

·         head office supply

Externally with:

·         Consumers and key customers

·         Governments, NGOs and local agencies to deliver the responsible drinking and taxation agendas

·         Third party brewing partners, agents and distributors

Attract, develop and retain great talent by:

·         Coaching and developing partner teams to improve performance and maximize development

·         Delivering against capability plan with specific focus on building functional sales capabilities (QDV/PPP) with partner teams

Measurement

·         Delivery of NSV, Volume and  plan targets

·         Delivery of Marketing plans via market share data and branch health scores

·         Growth and development of strategic partnerships

·         Controls, compliance and governance via audit reviews

•    Installing and configuring Ethernet networks, network cabling and other related equipment, devices and systems, add or upgrade and configure modems, VSAT, microwaves, access points and related equipment in coordination with Headquarter alignments.
•    Administer network workstations, utilizing one or more TCP/IP or non-TCP/IP networking protocols in coordination with Headquarter alignments.
•    Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
•    Monitoring and maintaining networks, utilizing one or more TCP/IP or non-TCP/IP networking protocols in coordination with Headquarter alignments.
•    Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware faults.
•    Finding solutions to problems and replacing parts as required.
•    Providing support, including procedural, documentation.
•    Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
•    Running network applications to support systems
•    Responding within agreed time limits to call/outs.
•    Conduct technical research on network upgrades and components to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems.
•    Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
•    Prioritizing and managing several open tasks at one time.
•    Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with other professionals (eg. contract businesses) in order to make necessary repairs.
•    Testing and evaluating new technology
•    Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
•    Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
•    Conduct electrical safety check on Network equipment.
•    Other duties as assigned.
 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

•    Supervise IS operations and support at Malabo premises and offshore platform.
•    Assign and supervise work to employees and IS contract staff.
•    Supervise service providers’ performance.
•    Define, adopt and/or develop IS strategy and architecture.
•    Develop and follow up policies, standards, processes and procedures.
•    Optimize business processes before design and implement IS solution.
•    Coordinate with Headquarter office IS directors and support.

I. Planning

•    Identify local business needs
•    Analyze, design, planning and deployment of IS projects.
•    IS resources capacity planning.
•    Disaster recovery plan

II. PC Support

•    Install software and provide related assistance to users.
•    Maintain and repair hardware
•    Supervise help desk service
•    Manage software licensing

III. Network Administration

•    Develop network administration indicators and documentation
•    Develop follow up network administration procedures
•    Supervise network administration
•    Run daily and weekly backups, when needed

IV. Oracle Administration

•    Solve problems either coordinating with headquarter programmers or locally.

V. Communications

•    Evaluate business needs
•    Evaluate local vendors and service providers.
•    Design and contract telecommunication services.
•    Implement and supervise telecommunication services: voice and data.
•    Supervise and control accomplishment of telecommunication provider’s service level agreements (SLA).
•    Coordinate problem solving
•    Manage maintenance of hardware, phone systems, and other office equipment.

VI. Information and Physical Security

•    Implement physical security controls at Malabo offices
•    Coordinate with management new profiles for information and physical security
•    On demand reports for security services
Coordinate technical inspections for electricity and regulated electricity
•    Problem solving for electricity problems.

Funciones

Su labor consistirá en una intensa gestión comercial de visita directa a clientes en todas las zonas industriales del país para la captación de nuevos clientes con tráficos de exportación LCL y FCL a Guinea Ecuatorial.
